It's almost exactly three years since I last wrote a blog, so it seems I'm not exactly overly verbose when it comes to my own website - the same may not be necessarily be true in person.

This January we have a new afternoon session for complete beginner's. This commences on Tuesday 21st at Hethersett Methodist Church Hall at 2:20pm. Everyone is welcome to come along and try a free session but please contact me first so I can keep on eye on numbers.
I'd also like to take the opportunity to thank all my wonderful students for putting up with me and being such kind and amazing souls. Thank you for making our sessions an hour of friendship, fun and tai chi.
