Musings and News

It's almost exactly three years since I last wrote a blog, so it seems I'm not exactly overly verbose when it comes to my own website - the same may not be necessarily be true in person. I'd love to introduce the lovely and extremely talented Chinese brush painter, Colleen Baxter, who designed this gorgeous card above. It takes an extraordinary amount of practice, time and skill to master this style of art. Visit Colleen's website for more details and paintings. http://www.colleenbaxter.co.uk/online-store.html This January we have a new afternoon session for complete beginner's. This commences on Tuesday 21st at Hethersett Methodist Church Hall at 2:20pm. Everyone is welcome to come along and try a free session but please contact me first so I can keep on eye on numbers. I'd also like to take the opportunity to thank all my wonderful students for putting up with me and being such kind and amazing souls. Thank you for making our sessions an hour of friendship, fun and tai chi. Wishing all current, future and anyone that may be just passing through a positive, healthy and joyful 2020. With love, Anna.
And so the start of a new year, which will hopefully bring much less turbulence than the previous one. Personally I'm not a big fan of making resolutions but I wish you every success with your own, should you make them. Our world and it's beings need a lot more love and nurture after the violence and negativity of 2016. This starts with taking care of yourself. Embrace the new beginning, forgive yourself and others and above all else, be kind. So here's to a brighter, happier, healthier 2017. With love, Anna x
Huge congratulations to Grandmaster and beautiful Simo on their 45th wedding anniversary! <3 <3 <3

We are thrilled that we are now able to offer Lohan as part of the class exercises!

This VERY ancient art was kept as a secret for centuries but although still very rare, we can now enjoy and reap the benefits from this both relaxing and energising interal exercise.

It has immediately become a class favourite!
